Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong, values-driven leadership as Centre Director, in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
- Lead and mentor a large, culturally diverse team of passionate early childhood educators
- Ensure high standards of compliance, health & safety, and best practice are consistently met
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with families and the community, reflecting the centre's culturally diverse population
- Maintain documentation, rosters, and staff training to support smooth centre operations
- Manage centre budgets, financials, and business performance with strong commercial acumen
- Work closely with the approved provider to meet business and regulatory goals

About You To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Proven experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor
- Strong financial acumen and business management skills, with confidence overseeing budgets and centre performance
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a culturally diverse team
- A genuine passion for early years education and creating a safe, nurturing environment
