Join the Admissions and Enquiries team at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital and play a key role in supporting patients, carers and visitors. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment while contributing to positive patient experiences.

Be the first point of contact for patients, carers and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service in a busy hospital environment
Support patient admissions, registrations and bookings using a range of health information and electronic medical record systems.D20
Contribute to a positive patient journey by ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support the smooth operation of patient registration and enquiry services.
Develop your administrative and customer service skills while making a meaningful difference within one of South Western Sydney's largest hospitals.

You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering a high standard of service to patients, carers, visitors and stakeholders.

Have strong administrative, data entry and computer skills with a high level of accuracy.
Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships with patients and stakeholders.
