Graphic Design Lead

Sheridan | Pyrmont

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Graphic Design Lead to bring Sheridan's brand to life across integrated marketing campaigns, digital channels and retail environments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer who's ready to take the next step in their career, expanding their influence across creative projects, providing creative direction to a small design team, and helping shape the visual expression of one of Australia's most recognised premium brands.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Creative Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering best in class creative across Sheridan's integrated marketing campaigns and brand communications. Working closely with the Marketing Creative Lead, you'll translate campaign concepts into compelling graphic design solutions across every customer touchpoint. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business while providing creative direction, feedback and approval across the work delivered by two designers to ensure every asset reflects Sheridan's premium visual standards.

This is an opportunity to shape the visual branding of one of Australia's most iconic premium home brands. Your work will influence how customers experience Sheridan across every touchpoint, from national campaigns and digital channels through to retail stores.

This role is perfect for a senior designer who enjoys balancing creativity with commercial outcomes and thrives in a collaborative, fast paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the graphic design development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital and retail channels.
Translate campaign concepts into compelling graphic design systems and high quality campaign assets that deliver a consistent brand experience across every channel.
Provide creative direction, feedback and approval across the work of two designers, ensuring all graphic design outputs align with Sheridan's visual standards and creative direction.
Contribute to creative reviews to ensure brand consistency, quality and production accuracy.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including Marketing, Creative Production, Digital, Social and Retail to deliver integrated campaigns.
Support retail and visual merchandising teams with innovative in store communications and design solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, workflows and design efficiencies.
Ensure all creative work aligns with Sheridan's premium brand standards and customer experience.

What You'll Bring

7+ years' experience in graphic design, brand design or campaign creative.
Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns within retail, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), with experience using Figma and other digital design platforms.
Exceptional typography, layout and visual storytelling skills with a strong attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and project prioritisation skills.
