About the Role

As a Demi Chef, you’ll bring creativity and precision to every plate. You will:

Contribute to the preparation, cooking, and presentation of our exquisite pastry offerings.
Play a part in designing and developing innovative menus and signature desserts.
Ensure every creation meets Shangri-La’s world-class standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
Support the team in maintaining top-quality kitchen equipment and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

About You

You’re someone who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You will have:

A Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
Full Australian working rights.
Previous experience in a hotel or similar high-volume environment.
A passion for pastry and an eye for detail.
