The Opportunity
We are currently seeking:

2-3 years experience
Rotated roster
Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, cakes, and other bakery items to the highest quality standards.
Support inventory management, stock rotation, ordering, and minimisation of food waste.
Collaborate with the wider culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences across all restaurants and events.
Manage and oversee a designated pastry section, ensuring efficient preparation, production, and service.
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
