Graduate Research Coordinator (Admissions and Engagement)
You will lead admissions and engagement across the FEIT graduate research portfolio, attracting high-quality graduate researchers and strengthening industry partnerships, internships and scholarships.
You will lead a small, collaborative team, with a focus on service quality, continuous improvement, and delivering a strong experience for applicants, academics and partners.
Graduate Research Coordinator (Candidature and Experience)
You will lead candidature and experience for over 1,000 FEIT graduate researchers, supporting successful progression, completion and overall experience.
You will oversee enrichment, industry and international opportunities, lead a team, and contribute to service quality and continuous improvement across the graduate research portfolio.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or bring extensive experience in complex, service-focused environments.
- Demonstrate success leading teams, setting priorities and delivering high-quality operations under competing deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with academics, professional staff and industry partners, influencing outcomes with integrity and professionalism.
- Apply excellent organisational and analytical skills to solve problems, manage projects and improve processes.
- Communicate clearly in writing and in person, preparing reports, advice and presentations across a range of audiences.
- Bring experience in graduate research, admissions or industry engagement within tertiary education, or enthusiasm to develop quickly.

You will join the Graduate Research team within FEIT’s Research Services, supporting over 1,000 diverse graduate researchers. The team is ambitious, collaborative and service-oriented, partnering closely with academics, industry and central University services. We focus on delivering an excellent researcher experience, from admission through candidature, enrichment and industry engagement. You will be encouraged to contribute ideas, lead improvements and grow your expertise in graduate research administration.
