About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Governance Business Partner to join our Governance team.

Reporting to the Clinical Governance Manager, this role is responsible for supporting and strengthening CSI's governance, compliance and quality management systems.

The Governance Business Partner plays a key role in ensuring the organisation meets its legislative, regulatory and contractual obligations while promoting a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with leaders across the organisation to maintain governance frameworks, policies, risk and compliance registers, quality systems and audit readiness.

The role also contributes to accreditation activities, supports governance reporting, assists with incident and risk management, and helps ensure compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, Support at Home Program requirements and other relevant legislation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, has exceptional attention to detail, and is passionate about improving governance systems that ultimately enhance outcomes for the people we support.

About You

You are a highly organised professional with strong governance, compliance or quality experience and enjoy working in a role where accuracy, collaboration and continuous improvement are highly valued.

Key Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

Certificate IV or Diploma in Administration, Enrolled Nursing, Quality, Risk Management or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Current National Police Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Clearance and Driver’s Licence.
Demonstrated experience in governance, quality, compliance and administration, preferably within the disability, aged care or community services sector.
Experience supporting audits, accreditation activities and quality management systems (desirable).
Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance, quality improvement and accreditation principles.
Sound understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and/or Support at Home or Aged Care Quality Standards.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain governance registers, analyse data and prepare reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Commitment to person-centred practice and a culture of continuous improvement.
Understanding of common medical conditions and clinical terminology relevant to community services.
Understanding of behaviour support, reportable incidents and restrictive practice requirements (desirable).
