About Derrimut 24:7 Gym

Derrimut 24:7 Gym is one of Australia's fastest-growing fitness networks, known for delivering high-quality training environments and strong community culture. With a national footprint and a rapidly expanding Group Fitness offering, we are committed to delivering world-class training experiences that inspire and engage our members.

We're excited to be launching our brand-new flagship club in Elizabeth, South Australia. Featuring a dedicated Group Fitness Studio, Reformer Pilates Studio, Hot Mat Pilates & Yoga Studio, and a purpose-built HYROX Performance Centre, this state-of-the-art facility is set to become one of the largest and most exciting fitness destinations in the region.

We are currently seeking passionate, energetic, and reliable Group Fitness Instructors to join our foundation team and help build an exceptional class experience from day one.

About the Role

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will deliver high-energy, safe, and engaging classes that cater to a wide range of fitness levels. You'll play a key role in creating an inclusive and motivating environment that drives member results, retention, and community.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a flagship club launch and help shape the culture and energy of one of South Australia's premier fitness facilities.

We Are Looking For Instructors Experienced In

HIIT Training
Les Mills Programs
Functional Fitness
HYROX Training
Strength & Conditioning
Circuit Training
Derrimut Signature Group Fitness Concepts
Other Group Fitness Formats

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all sessions are safe, structured, and engaging
Provide options and modifications for different fitness levels
Deliver high-quality Group Fitness classes in line with Derrimut standards
Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention and experience
Create a motivating and inclusive class environment
Maintain a clean and professional studio environment
Assist in growing class attendance and community engagement

What We're Looking For

Relevant Group Fitness qualifications and certifications (essential)
Current First Aid & CPR (required)
Public Liability Insurance
Strong communication and coaching skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to energise and motivate participants of all fitness levels
Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences

$60 per class + Super / $40 per 30 min class + Super
