Derrimut 24:7 Gym is one of Australia's fastest-growing fitness networks, known for delivering high-quality training environments and strong community culture. With a national footprint and a rapidly expanding Group Fitness offering, we are building a best-in-class Reformer Pilates experience across our clubs.
We're excited to be launching our brand-new flagship club in Elizabeth, South Australia. Featuring a dedicated Reformer Pilates Studio alongside a Hot Mat Pilates & Yoga Studio, Group Fitness Studio, and HYROX Performance Centre, this state-of-the-art facility is set to become one of the most exciting fitness destinations in the region.
We are currently seeking passionate and reliable Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our foundation team and help shape the Reformer experience from day one.
About the Role
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will deliver engaging, safe, and results-driven classes that cater to a wide range of fitness levels. You'll play a key role in creating an energetic, welcoming, and inclusive studio environment that keeps members coming back.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a flagship club launch and help build a thriving Reformer community from the ground up.
We Are Looking For
- Certified Reformer Pilates qualification (essential)
- Current First Aid & CPR (required)
- Public Liability Insurance
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to create a welcoming and motivating class environment
- Passion for creating exceptional member experiences
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes in line with Derrimut standards
- Ensure all sessions are safe, structured, and engaging
- Provide options and modifications for different fitness levels
- Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention and experience
- Maintain a clean and professional studio environment
- Assist in growing class attendance and community engagement
