We're excited to be launching our brand-new flagship club in Elizabeth, South Australia. Featuring a dedicated Hot Mat Pilates & Yoga Studio alongside a Reformer Pilates Studio, Group Fitness Studio, and HYROX Performance Centre, this state-of-the-art facility is set to become one of the most exciting fitness destinations in the region.
We are currently seeking passionate and reliable Hot Mat Pilates and Yoga Instructors to join our foundation team and help shape the studio experience from day one.
About the Role
As a Hot Mat Pilates & Yoga Instructor, you will deliver engaging, safe, and results-driven classes that cater to a wide range of fitness levels and experience. You'll play a key role in creating an energetic, welcoming, and inclusive environment that supports members in improving their strength, mobility, mindfulness, and overall wellbeing.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a flagship club launch and help build a thriving Pilates and Yoga community from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Hot Mat Pilates and/or Yoga classes in line with Derrimut standards
- Ensure all sessions are safe, structured, and engaging
- Provide options and modifications for different fitness levels and abilities
- Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention and experience
- Maintain a clean and professional studio environment
- Assist in growing class attendance and community engagement
What We're Looking For
- Recognised Pilates and/or Yoga certification (essential)
- Experience teaching Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Flow, or related formats highly regarded
- Current First Aid & CPR (required)
- Public Liability Insurance
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to create a welcoming and motivating class environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences
