The Opportunity:

As a Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for rostering Allied Health services for consumers living in Residential Aged Care Facilities and in the Community. You will be responsible for:

Creating well planned and optimised rosters for clinicians within Plena Healthcare, ensuring that service delivery requirements have been achieved.
Arranging initial assessments with new consumers after they send through a referral. This also requires confirming consumer details, funding, and initial service dates.
Arranging ongoing appointments based on the recommendations of the clinician and the approval of the client or case manager.
Answering general enquiries, cancellations or rescheduling requests via a shared phoneline and group email alongside other Rostering Coordinators.
Supporting the review and assessment of the Plena Healthcare workforce and raising clinical job requisitions when needed.
Analysing clinician availability and offering workforce resourcing commentary for National Modality Management and your line management
Processing planned and unplanned leave requests whilst ensuring adequate service delivery is maintained.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will bring excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and a proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will demonstrate confidence in managing multiple deadlines, work with a positive and collaborative attitude, and ideally have previous experience in rostering and/or administration. Knowledge of Allied Health would also be highly advantageous.

National Police clearance
