About the Role
If you’re someone who enjoys connecting people to the right opportunities and keeping a busy operation running smoothly, this role will feel like a great fit. We’re looking for an Operations & Resource Coordinator with solid blue‑collar, high‑volume recruitment experience that ideally from construction, transport, civil, or logistics.
You’ll work closely with our Operations & Resource team, primarily focused on recruitment but also supporting the scheduling and rostering of our workforce movements. The role will provide a lending hand to HR and Operational areas within the business and other entities when required.
What You’ll Be Doing

High‑volume recruitment: posting ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews/inductions, completing compliance checks, supporting HR, Safety & Compliance and hiring managers across the business.
- Scheduling/rostering: assisting with rostering tasks, updating workforce allocations, and helping ensure staffing coverage across projects and shifts. You’ll also track workforce movements, including the logistics of machinery, drivers, equipment, and site requirements, keeping everything coordinated and running smoothly.
- Generalist HR and Operational: onboarding new starters and helping staff with everyday queries; assisting with daily operational needs across other areas of the business and other entities as needed.
Who You Are

Previous experience in blue‑collar recruitment and/or high‑volume recruitment in-house.
- Understanding blue collar industries like demolition, construction, transport, civil, or logistics.
- Organised, adaptable, and comfortable juggling competing priorities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build trust quickly.
- Enjoy being part of a team and supporting different parts of the business and entities.
- Experience using various HR and CRM systems as well as Microsoft suite.
