Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales, business development, marketing, and strategic partnerships across all branches.

The ideal candidate will have 15–20+ years of experience in the car rental, mobility, automotive, travel, or related industries, preferably with a reputable car rental or mobility organization.

This is a senior commercial role focused on significantly increasing sales across all branches, securing long-term corporate contracts, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our B2B and corporate customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and fleet utilization across all branches.
Secure strategic partnerships with online travel and car rental platforms similar to Booking.com, CarJet, and other major platforms.
Develop accident replacement partnerships with insurance companies, dealerships, workshops, and related organizations.
Secure long-term rental contracts with SMEs, corporate organizations, travel companies, hotels, tour operators, and other institutions.
Identify and secure Minespec and other large commercial contracts.
Build strong corporate and B2B relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team while setting clear targets and KPIs.
Drive sales growth across all branches through effective sales processes, CRM, reporting, and performance management.
Develop partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, airlines, tour operators, insurance companies, and corporate organizations.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts and long-term partnerships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue opportunities.
Work closely with Operations, Fleet, Finance, and Marketing teams to support overall business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

15–20+ years of proven sales and business development experience, preferably within the car rental or mobility industry.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in reputable car rental or mobility companies.
Proven track record of increasing sales across multiple branches or locations.
Strong experience in B2B, corporate, enterprise, and long-term contract sales.
Established industry network across travel, tourism, insurance, automotive, and corporate sectors.
Proven ability to secure strategic partnerships and major commercial contracts.
Experience with accident replacement partnerships and corporate fleet/rental agreements is highly desirable.
Experience with Minespec contracts or similar large-scale commercial contracts is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales reporting tools.

We are looking for someone with deep knowledge of the car rental industry, a strong industry network, and a proven track record of delivering significant sales growth.

The successful candidate should be capable of bringing in new corporate clients, strategic partnerships, long-term contracts, and new revenue opportunities, while driving substantial and measurable sales growth across all branches.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
