Wellness & Client Experience Coordinator

Casual | Mosman, Sydney

Love wellness, great with people and naturally good at sales?

Tsavo Wellness is looking for a confident, organised and proactive person to join our boutique wellness centre in Mosman.

This is much more than a reception role. You’ll be at the centre of the client experience, running the wellness floor, looking after clients, managing bookings and treatment flow, recommending services and packages, and helping drive the day-to-day success of the business.

We’re a small team, so we’re looking for someone who takes ownership. Someone who can work independently, stays one step ahead and doesn’t need to be told what to do next.

What you’ll be doing

Running the wellness floor and ensuring the day flows smoothly
Welcoming clients and delivering an exceptional client experience
Managing bookings, payments, client records and our booking system
Preparing clients for treatments and assisting them with our wellness technologies
Learning our services so you can confidently educate and guide clients
Recommending and selling treatments, packages, memberships and products
Following up enquiries, leads and existing clients
Driving rebooking and building strong ongoing client relationships
Keeping treatment rooms, equipment and the centre beautifully presented
Cleaning, laundry, restocking and other day-to-day operational tasks
Using quieter periods productively for administration, client follow-up and social media
Assisting with social content, including simple photos, videos, posts and day-to-day engagement
Helping with stock management and general organisation

Confident working autonomously once trained
Warm, polished and genuinely enjoy looking after people
Commercially minded and comfortable selling
Someone who enjoys turning a great client experience into a rebooking, package or membership
Proactive - you notice what needs doing and get on with it
Reliable and accountable
Calm when several things are happening at once
Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems
Comfortable with social media and creating simple content
Genuinely passionate about wellness, longevity, skin and emerging wellness technologies

Beauty qualification highly regarded

A recognised beauty therapy qualification would be a significant advantage.

For an appropriately qualified candidate, there will be opportunities to provide selected facial and massage treatments, particularly when our primary therapist is away or additional treatment capacity is required.

Experience with professional skincare, facials or massage would be highly valued.

Tsavo Wellness is a boutique wellness centre in Mosman bringing together technology, recovery, skin and wellbeing.

Our services include hyperbaric oxygen, red light therapy, whole-body cryotherapy, infrared sauna and other wellness technologies, alongside selected skin and beauty treatments.

We’re passionate about giving clients an exceptional experience and helping them discover the services and routines that will keep them coming back.

This is a casual position, with shifts offered according to business requirements and availability.

Tell us briefly about your experience in customer service, wellness, beauty, hospitality, retail or another client-facing environment.
This role can involve running the wellness floor independently once trained. Tell us about your experience working autonomously, staying organised and managing competing priorities.
