Adcome Services Pty Ltd trading as Cornetts Supermarkets is a growing retailer, looking for a person to work full time with our IT team, who can provide exceptional IT support. This role will see you work in high volume, demanding environment providing support to remote sites.
You'll demonstrate excellent communication skills, specifically telephone skills, by being able to listen, being decisive, patient and able to act quickly. The role will require you to be open to change and adapt to demands in business processes. You will demonstrate integrity, take ownership and be accountable for your own work. This is a permanent full-time role, which may require you to be on call early morning, evenings and on weekends.
This role is based at 45 Flinders Parade, North Lakes, QLD 4509 at our Support Office.

To be successful in this role you will be able to meet the following criteria:
Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
- Knowledge of Business Central;
- Knowledge of SQL and PowerShell an advantage;
- Ability to analyse IT issues and recommend solutions;
- Experience working with ERPs;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrate problem solving skills, able to identify and prioritise support problems;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrate knowledge of point of sale and inventory management systems for large scale retail operations.
Experience
- Frontline experience in retail, preferably in a supermarket environment;
- Excellent Customer service skills/ both phone and face to face;
- Experience in finding efficient and effective solutions to business challenges;
- Previous Help Desk experience preferred;
- Relevant certificate or degree qualifications.
