About the Role

Don’t get stuck in a cycle of struggling to build your client database while dealing with sky-high rent expenses and competition from other personal trainers.

Build a career with Vision PT, where you’re guaranteed $400+ a week, from the day you start, with zero rent expenses and paid mentorship for your first 3 months. You will earn above the award wage, plus super, plus commissions!

Our clientele is primarily 40+, with a slight female skew and high socio-economic status. They are motivated by a desire for long term lifestyle change. With a proven track record of long-term client retention and impressively low turnover, you will play a pivotal role in crafting lasting transformations and effectively tangible, positive change.

Lead personalised 1:1 training session with eager clients, while we continue to build your database

Conduct group training sessions, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie

Provide clients with coaching and accountability, helping them reach their goals

You’ll be paid to dedicate time to growth and develop your skills as a personal trainer

To be successful, you will need

Certificate IV in Fitness

Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR/AED certification

A Valid Working with Children Check (WWC)

Boxing for Fitness Accreditation

A positive attitude and eagerness to grow and develop with us!

A genuine interest in understanding nutrition and macronutrients

Personal training experience preferred, but not required
