Nex Level Fitness is looking for a passionate, energetic and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team in Dural.
We are looking for someone who can create a welcoming, motivating and professional environment while delivering high-quality Reformer Pilates classes to members of varying fitness levels and abilities.
This is a great opportunity for an instructor who enjoys working with people, building relationships with members and being part of a friendly and growing fitness community.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high quality classes
- Provide clear instruction, demonstrations and modifications
- Build positive relationships with members and encourage trials to join
- Ensure a safe and supportive class environment
We are looking for someone who is:
- Qualified and experienced in Reformer Pilates instruction.
- Confident leading classes independently.
- Friendly, approachable and comfortable working with a wide range of members.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Passionate about fitness and helping people achieve their goals.
- Able to create an enjoyable and inclusive class environment.
- Confident providing hands-on or verbal corrections where appropriate.
- Well-presented and professional.
- A strong communicator who works well as part of a team.
