Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender / Bar Supervisor to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
Supervise daily bar operations and support the bar team during shifts.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain excellent service standards.
Manage stock levels, place orders, and minimise waste.
Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements and venue policies.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the bar area.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and end-of-day reporting.

About You

Previous experience as a bartender is essential.
Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
Current RSA certification (required).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
