Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
- Supervise daily bar operations and support the bar team during shifts.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain excellent service standards.
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and minimise waste.
- Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements and venue policies.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the bar area.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and end-of-day reporting.
About You
- Previous experience as a bartender is essential.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Current RSA certification (required).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
