About the Opportunity

Join our dedicated research team and play a key role in advancing healthcare outcomes through the delivery of high-quality clinical trials while providing exceptional patient-centred care.

In this role you will:

Coordinate and support the delivery of clinical trials in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ethical requirements and research governance standards.
Identify, recruit and monitor suitable participants for clinical research studies, ensuring informed consent and participant safety throughout the trial process.
Provide education and support to patients, families and multidisciplinary team members regarding clinical trial participation.
Perform protocol-specific clinical assessments and procedures, including specimen collection, data collection and patient monitoring.
Maintain accurate and timely study documentation, data management and reporting to sponsors, investigators and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, research governance staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of research projects and quality patient outcomes.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented clinician who is passionate about research, patient care and contributing to improved health outcomes through the delivery of high-quality clinical trials.

We are looking for someone who has:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife with AHPRA, together with relevant clinical research, clinical trials or data management experience.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP), research governance requirements and ethical principles relating to clinical research.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with patients, families, investigators, sponsors and multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience using clinical and administrative systems, including Microsoft Office applications, to manage study data and documentation.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating sound clinical judgement, accountability and a commitment to quality patient care.
