About the Role
Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of person centered; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes.
Based at Concord Hospital, you will be assessing and treating Hospital in the Home (HITH) patients in the SLHD community.
The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in the patient’s home and/or clinic environment in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Ideal Candidate
Current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Demonstrated understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
A current NSW Driver Licence (P1 and P2 Licence Acceptable).
