The Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator will work collaboratively across NSW SES to develop, implement and report on a range of diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and programs for the NSW SES; including playing a pivotal role in driving, implementing and embedding the NSW SES Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Framework.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

proven ability to work collaboratively and develop productive relationships with key stakeholders
excellent verbal and written communication skills
demonstrated knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles, programs, initiatives and best practice
demonstrated experience in a Diversity & Inclusion role
solid understanding and experience in project management would be advantageous

Attractive salary range of $113,574 – $125,720 plus 12% superannuation and leave loading
