More about the role
This role is diverse and fulfilling. You’ll be responsible for administering our Club Grants program but also building strong and productive relationships with our sub and affiliative clubs. Other responsibilities include:

Coordination of key community events and projects

Facilitation of Board and Government reporting

Administration of Mingara’s Club’s Club GRANT’s program in accordance with legislative requirements

Providing support to our Sub and Affiliated Sporting Clubs to ensure their administration is maintained, and compliant with legislative requirements

Supporting our wider club operations by jumping in and getting your hands dirty when required
What success looks like
Our successful candidate will have:

Passionate about our local community

You have had experience playing a key role in one of our local community groups or charities

The ability to build great relationships and the confidence to network with others at corporate events

Excellent administration skills including advanced computer skills and report writing
- Previous experience administering grant applications would be highly desirable

The ability to roll up your sleeves up and contribute towards the operational success of the organisation

Due to the nature of our operations this is not always a Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm role, so some flexibility is essential.
