About the employer

Overseas Tutorial Centre Ltd. is a UK-based education support organisation connected with international online learning and qualification progression support. The company is establishing its OTC Australia Representative Office in Sydney, NSW, to provide local coordination, student support, document follow-up, stakeholder communication and administrative liaison services for OTC UK’s online delivery operations.

The OTC Australia Representative Office does not provide AQF, VET or CRICOS-registered courses in Australia. Its role is to support communication, administration, case coordination and local representative office workflows connected with OTC UK’s online education operations.

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Australia Education Program Coordinator to coordinate Australia-based student cases, program administration tasks, documentation, timelines, stakeholder communication and representative office project workflows.

This is a program coordination and project administration role. It does not involve teaching, curriculum delivery, or providing regulated education courses in Australia.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate Australia-based student and partner enquiries connected with OTC UK’s online delivery operations.

- Maintain student case trackers, application/progression trackers, follow-up logs and project task lists.

- Support document collection, document checking, assessment deadline tracking and case escalation workflows.

- Liaise with OTC’s UK learning centre, students, education consultants, service providers and relevant local contacts in Australia.

- Coordinate meeting notes, process records, management updates and operational reports.

- Support the establishment and day-to-day administration of the OTC Australia Representative Office.

- Assist with SOP development, communication workflows and student enquiry-to-support processes.

- Support administrative records for quality assurance and internal compliance purposes.

- Ensure student support and representative office workflows are followed consistently and professionally.

Selection criteria

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, International Education, Project Management or a related field.

- Experience in program coordination, project administration, student support, academic administration, online learning support or international education administration.

- Strong documentation, tracker management, timeline coordination, case management and stakeholder communication skills.

- Experience working with international qualifications, UK awarding organisations, transnational education or online education support is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of OTHM Level 3 to Level 7 qualifications or similar qualification frameworks is highly desirable.

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

- Additional Chinese language skills are highly desirable due to cross-border student support and stakeholder communication needs.

- Ability to work independently in Australia while coordinating with an overseas head office.

- Understanding of the Australian education environment or previous study/work experience in Australia is desirable.
