We're seeking a passionate and creative Lifestyle Coordinator to deliver engaging programs that enhance the wellbeing, independence, and quality of life of residents within a supportive aged care environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and coordinate lifestyle, wellbeing, and recreational programs
- Encourage resident participation and social engagement
- Organise events, celebrations, outings, and community activities
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and community groups
- Support individual interests, goals, and wellbeing needs
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with aged care standards
- Provide guidance and support to Lifestyle Assistants and volunteers
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in lifestyle, leisure, recreation, community services, aged care, or a similar environment
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health, Community Services, or related qualification (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, organised, and passionate about resident wellbeing
- Understanding of person-centred care principles
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
