Casual Receptionist & Administration Assistant

Sydney CBD | Approximately 20 Hours per Week | Competitive Hourly Rate | Supportive Team Environment

Quay Health is seeking a professional and organised Casual Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join our Sydney CBD clinic. This is a varied role supporting both the day-to-day reception needs of Quay Health and the customer service and administration functions of our affiliated training organisation, Vital First Aid.

About Quay Health and Vital First Aid

Quay Health is a multidisciplinary allied health clinic located in the heart of Sydney CBD. We provide physiotherapy, podiatry, remedial massage therapy and other health services, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and exceptional patient care.

Vital First Aid is an established Registered Training Organisation with more than 30 years of experience delivering first aid and emergency-response training across Sydney, the Central Coast and surrounding regions.

Together, our businesses are committed to providing professional, responsive and high-quality service to patients, students and corporate clients.

The Opportunity

You will be the first point of contact for Quay Health clients while also providing telephone, email and administrative support to Vital First Aid. You will play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of both businesses.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming Quay Health clients and providing a professional front-desk experience
Managing clinic appointments through our practice management system
Responding to phone and email enquiries for both Quay Health and Vital First Aid
Assisting Vital First Aid students and corporate clients with course enquiries, bookings and enrolments
Processing payments and managing billing accurately
Providing administrative support to practitioners, trainers and management
Completing data entry, reports and general office administration
Helping maintain an organised, professional and welcoming workplace

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Excellent communication and customer-service skills
A professional, friendly and confident manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities and remain composed in a busy environment
Confidence communicating with patients, students and corporate clients
Sound computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service
Experience in healthcare, training or education administration is advantageous but not essential
