Join a highly skilled, collaborative Gastroenterology team at Liverpool Hospital and contribute to an innovative Inflammatory Bowel Disease research initiative.
Lead the development of an integrated psychological model of care within a specialist Inflammatory Bowel Disease service.
Deliver evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention to patients with complex gastrointestinal conditions, improving quality of life.
Drive clinical innovation and service development within a multidisciplinary team in a leading tertiary hospital environment.

Qualification Eligibility

Applicants currently enrolled in a combined Masters/PhD are eligible to apply if they have completed the equivalent of Masters degree requirements as part of the PhD pathway. Evidence of this is demonstrated by a completed PDEC-76 form and cover letter from the University confirming Masters degree requirements have been met.
Applicants are eligible to apply if they have completed an accredited Masters degree and are awaiting their graduation ceremony. Written confirmation from the University is required.
Successful applicants who have completed the Masters degree or Masters degree requirements and are awaiting full registration from the Psychology Board of Australia will be paid at Year 2 of the Psychologist Scale until they have full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, at which point they will commence on Year 1 of the Clinical Psychologist scale.

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

Full registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. Completion of an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council accredited postgraduate Clinical Psychology qualification of no less than two years full time duration or recognised equivalent.
Please describe your experience delivering psychological assessment and intervention with adults within a multidisciplinary health or hospital setting, including how you work independently while collaborating effectively with other disciplines
Please outline any experience you have in clinical program development, service evaluation, quality improvement, or research activities, including your contribution to data collection, analysis, implementation, or outcome evaluation.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
