The Opportunity
Join UniSC and play a key role in shaping seamless timetabling and enrolment processes. In this position, you will review, evaluate, and design business practices to ensure the efficient allocation of University resources while delivering a high-quality experience for staff and students alike. Your work will directly contribute to smooth operations and a positive stakeholder experience across the University.

You will
- coordinate the development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of the University timetable, in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are met in accordance with the strategic goals and priorities of the University and to ensure the efficient and maximum utilisation of available resources;
- undertake root cause analysis to assist with the resolution of issues identified with the UniSC timetable (from both a staff and student perspective), enrolment issues and other data integrity issues identified in the Student Information System, and develop proposals and/or recommendations for consideration by management; and
- implement change management and communication strategies to support the effective management, development, and continuous improvement of University timetable and enrolment processes ensuring alignment with University policy, procedures and legislative requirements.
About you
You have strong experience with student information and timetabling systems and can quickly learn new tools and processes as needed. You are skilled at assessing problems, developing practical solutions, and improving processes efficiently. With excellent organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, you engage effectively with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused outcomes. You also have experience supporting staff through training, documentation, and guidance on data quality and integrity, contributing to ongoing improvement and high-quality practices.
You will possess:
- completion of a relevant degree with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience within a higher educational setting; or extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or broad knowledge in the area of tertiary curriculum, enrolments and related activities;
- extensive understanding, knowledge, and experience in the use of a computerised student information and/or
