With a reputation built on quality products, exceptional customer service, and industry expertise, we're looking for a motivated Administration Officer to become a key part of our team.
The Opportunity:
This is a diverse and fast-paced role that will see you supporting our sales, operations, and management teams while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
- Processing customer orders and preparing sales documentation
- Raising invoices, purchase orders, and managing data entry
- Assisting with freight bookings and delivery coordination
- Maintaining customer and supplier records
- Supporting the sales team with quotations and administration tasks
- General office administration and filing
- Assist with customer follow-up activities
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and suppliers
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administration or office experience (preferred but not needed)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
