Full Job Description

Position: Pizza Maker (Part-Time or Casual)

Location: Frankston VIC

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced (1-2 Years) and passionate Pizza Maker to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing, assembling and cooking high-quality pizzas while maintaining consistency, speed and cleanliness in a fast-paced takeaway environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer orders.
Cook pizzas using the conveyor oven, ensuring quality and consistency.
Prepare and portion toppings and ingredients.
Monitor ingredient quality and stock levels.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Keep the pizza station clean, organised and fully stocked.
Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties when required.
Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining high standards.
Support and mentor junior kitchen staff where required.

Skills & Experience

Previous pizza making or commercial kitchen experience is preferred.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and presentation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
Understanding of food safety and safe food handling practices.

Requirements

Availability to work evenings and weekends 4pm to 10pm.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual kitchen tasks.
Australian working rights.
