It's a rare chance to redefine and lead the marketing strategy at scale, across our multiple NSW dealerships and world-class global brands.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly experienced marketing professional to lead our NSW group marketing operations as Group Marketing Manager NSW. Based at our Warwick Farm head office, you'll lead the NSW marketing team and the execution of all marketing initiatives, working closely with Senior Management, Dealer Principals and OEMs. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on driving leads, conversion, and long-term customer value.

What you'll do:

Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing marketing team
Define and manage the marketing strategy and planning across over 30 x NSW dealerships
Own lead generation performance and cost efficiency across all digital channels
Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per sale
Establish clear reporting frameworks, linking spend to sales outcomes
Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency, reporting and performance
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, OEMs, and agencies

About You

You're a senior marketing leader that thrives on turning data into measurable results.

You also bring:

Proven senior marketing experience (10+ years) including leading a team
Proven experience managing significant paid media budgets ($1m+)
Strong background in performance marketing with demonstrated ability to improve lead-to-sale conversion and ROI
Experience in multi-location / dealership / retail environments highly regarded
Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
Relevant qualifications in Marketing or Business
