About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, Leasey is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate clients across New South Wales, covering Central Sydney through to Newcastle.
This role combines the best aspects of account management, business development, and customer success, requiring someone who can nurture client relationships, maximise customer outcomes, and proactively drive business growth.
You'll be responsible for strengthening engagement within existing accounts while proactively identifying, prospecting, and converting new Commercial Real Estate agencies and teams onto the Leasey platform.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys being on the road, meeting clients face-to-face, and building a strong presence within the Commercial Real Estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of Commercial Real Estate clients across NSW, from Central Sydney through to Newcastle.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving customer engagement, retention, and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute territory growth plans to increase Leasey's market presence and revenue.
- Prospect, qualify, and engage new agencies, leasing teams, and industry contacts through a consultative sales approach.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations.
- Maximise platform adoption and customer outcomes by acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve activity, growth, and revenue targets.
- Manage customer enquiries and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, account activity, and opportunity management.
- Represent Leasey at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support ongoing product development and business growth.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years' experience in SaaS Sales, Account Management or Business Development,
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Experience selling B2B software, SaaS, technology, Proptech related solutions.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a genuine passion for sales and business growth.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Confidence engaging with business owners, directors, and senior decision-makers.
- Highly organised with strong territory management and planning capabilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage opportunities and client relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a regional territory.
- Experience within Commercial Real Estate, Property, Proptech, or adjacent industries will be highly regarded.
- A valid NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
