The Role
We are seeking a
Queensland State Manager based in
Brisbane to lead our Injury Management & Rehabilitation division across the state. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to grow and lead the operations of a successful business in Queensland, with full support from our national management team.
As part of our knowledgeable, multidisciplinary team, you will:
- Lead & develop a high-performing team: Our people are at the heart of our business, and we need a leader passionate about fostering their growth and success.
- Ensure excellence in service delivery: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely, customer-focused, and value-laden service delivery.
- Drive operational success: Manage performance deliverables, including revenue growth, customer engagement, and quality outcomes.
- Strategically grow our Queensland operations: Work with the national management team to establish and execute an ambitious growth plan.
- Build strong relationships: Act as the lead contact for our Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents across Queensland.
This is a
full-time role with significant opportunities for career progression.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation(4+ years preferred)
- People management experience (2+ years preferred)
- Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist
- Knowledge & Skills: Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation schemes, with a proven ability to manage operational and financial requirements of a growing team. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Personal Attributes: Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with integrity, a positive approach, and a collaborative mindset.
- Compliance Requirements: Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
