An established Queensland-based construction company, founded in 2017, specialising in commercial and residential construction, interior fit-outs, plasterboard lining, partition walls, suspended ceilings, cladding and related construction works.
We are currently expanding our team and are seeking experienced and motivated construction professionals to join our growing business.
We currently have four full-time positions available:
- Project Manager
- Site Manager
- Contract Administrator
- Estimator
These positions provide an opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial and residential construction projects throughout Brisbane.
1. Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from planning and coordination through to completion.
You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, safely and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Manage project budgets, expenditure and cost control.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
Liaise with clients, builders, architects, engineers and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and delays.
Implement risk mitigation and contingency strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes and relevant legislation.
Maintain project documentation, records and progress reports.
Resolve project and site issues efficiently.
Conduct site inspections and monitor quality.
Manage project variations, changes and contractual requirements.
Work closely with the estimating and commercial teams to support project profitability.
What We're Looking For
Relevant qualification in Cost Engineering, Building Construction Management, Quantity Surveyor or a related discipline.
1–2 years' experience in construction project management.
Proven experience managing construction projects from commencement to completion.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety requirements. Strong project planning, budgeting and cost-control skills.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
Experience in commercial construction, interior fit-out, lining, ceilings or related works is highly regarded.
Experience with estimating, tendering and contract administration is advantageous.
2. Site Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day construction site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
You will be responsible for coordinating trades, subcontractors, labour, materials and site activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations and coordinate construction activities.
Manage and supervise labourers, tradespeople and subcontractors.
Coordinate multiple trades to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
Monitor site progress, quality and workmanship.
Conduct regular site inspections. Implement and maintain health and safety procedures. Maintain daily site records, progress reports and incident documentation.
Coordinate materials, deliveries and equipment. Liaise with Project Managers, clients, builders, architects and engineers.
Identify and resolve technical and site issues. Monitor site security, housekeeping and environmental requirements.
Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
1–2 years' experience in a similar construction role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes and Queensland safety requirements. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Understanding of project schedules, budgets and resource management.
Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within Brisbane and surrounding areas. Relevant construction qualifications or formal training.
Experience in lining, plasterboard, partition walls, ceilings or interior fit-out works is highly advantageous.
3. Contract Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Contract Administrator to support the commercial and contractual management of our construction projects.
You will work closely with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contracts, variations, claims and project documentation are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review and maintain contract documentation, tender documents and agreements.
Manage contract timelines, milestones and deadlines.
Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance against contractual requirements.
Prepare and process variations, change orders and claims.
Maintain contract registers and project documentation.
Liaise with project teams, clients and contractors regarding contractual matters.
Assist with resolving contractual issues and disputes.
Prepare contract reports and correspondence.
Support Project Managers and the commercial team with contract administration.
Ensure contractual obligations and compliance requirements are properly documented and managed.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years' experience as a Contract Administrator, preferably in the construction industry.
Relevant qualification in in Cost Engineering, Building Construction Management, Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administration or a related field.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and contract administration.
Experience with variations, claims and contractual documentation.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of building regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract/project management software.
Fluent English is required.
Experience with construction variations and claims is highly regarded.
4. Estimator
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our construction team and support the preparation of competitive and commercially viable tenders and quotations. The Estimator will be responsible for analysing drawings and specifications, calculating material and labour requirements, obtaining supplier and subcontractor pricing, and preparing accurate project cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for construction and lining projects.
Analyse drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and project requirements.
Determine material, labour, subcontractor and equipment requirements.
Research current material, labour and subcontractor pricing.
Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Conduct site visits to assess project scope and site conditions.
Prepare tender documentation and detailed cost breakdowns.
Assist with tender submissions and commercial negotiations.
Monitor actual project costs against estimates.
Maintain historical cost data and estimating records.
Work with Project Managers and management to improve project costing and profitability.
Monitor industry pricing, construction costs and market trends.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years' experience as a construction Estimator.
Relevant qualification in in Cost Engineering, Building Construction Management, Quantity Surveyor or a related field.
Experience in carpentry, plasterboard lining, partition walls, ceilings, cladding or interior fit-out is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
Experience preparing tenders and quotations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software.
Experience with construction estimating software such as Buildsoft, CostX, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff or similar is highly regarded.
Knowledge of Queensland building requirements and construction regulations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders.
Fluent English is required.
