About the Role
The Clinical Coordinator is a central operational and clinical support role within the Prestige Nursing clinical leadership structure. Working closely alongside the Clinical Nurse Team Lead, this role ensures the continuity of clinical operations — stepping in to provide backup and support across clinical scheduling, workforce coordination and service delivery when required. The Clinical Coordinator acts as the key coordination point between the
Clinical Nurse Team Lead and the in-field Nurse Educator workforce, ensuring staff competency, supervision activities and compliance requirements are organised, tracked and actioned across regions.

Responsibilities include:

Provide day-to-day support across clinical operations and service coordination, keeping the clinical model running effectively. Serve as a key clinical escalation point for all direct care staff, clients and families, triaging concerns and escalating to the Clinical Nurse Team Lead or Clinical Services Manager where required.

Coordinate the scheduling, tracking and administration of competency sign-off activities across the in-field Nurse Educator workforce, ensuring assessments are completed in line with required timeframes and standards. Maintain accurate records of competency status across staff and regions, flagging gaps

or overdue requirements to the Clinical Nurse Team Lead for follow-up.

Support clinical scheduling across nursing and care teams, working with Client Services and the Clinical Nurse Team Lead to ensure staffing aligns with client demand, service requirements and skill mix. Assist in coordinating Nurse Educator deployment across regions to support in-field supervision, spot checks

and competency activities.

Support clinical incident investigation and administration, providing coverage during the Clinical Team Lead's leave or days off to ensure continuity of oversight.

About You
You’re a Registered Nurse with strong client focus and an eye for detail. You enjoy compliance and rostering and feel that you can adapt well to updates in priorities. You enjoy working collaboratively and care about the outcomes of the team.

You will bring:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous nursing experience within community, hospital, aged care or home-based care settings.
Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Proficiency using client management systems and Microsoft Office
