Marketing Specialist

Medical Aesthetics 360°

Hurstville, NSW | Full-Time

$80,000–$90,000 + superannuation

About the Role

Medical Aesthetics 360° is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Hurstville clinic.

This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering marketing across digital, social media, website and customer acquisition channels.

You will combine creative content skills with a strong commercial focus, ensuring marketing not only drives engagement but also generates enquiries, bookings and revenue growth.

You will work closely with clinic management, doctors and customer service to support marketing strategy and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s services and increase brand awareness, enquiries and bookings.

* Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify marketing opportunities, target audiences and effective promotional channels.

* Manage marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Xiaohongshu/RED and other relevant channels.

* Plan and maintain content calendars for website, landing pages, social media and advertising campaigns.

* Develop and coordinate marketing content, campaign materials, photo/video content and service-related promotional materials to support brand positioning and customer acquisition.

* Write and optimise website and landing page content to support SEO, website traffic, lead generation and customer conversion.

* Monitor and optimise SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads performance to improve campaign results and customer acquisition outcomes.

* Track and analyse campaign performance, website traffic, leads, bookings, conversions and customer acquisition outcomes.

* Use data and marketing insights to improve campaign performance, audience targeting and return on investment.

* Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to support marketing planning and business growth.

* Test and refine campaigns, messaging and promotional channels to improve marketing effectiveness.

* Maintain consistent brand presentation across all marketing materials, campaigns and communication channels.

* Prepare marketing reports and provide recommendations to management on campaign performance, market trends and future marketing opportunities.

* Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives with sales, operations and service teams to ensure consistent campaign delivery and brand presentation.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or relevant industry experience

* 3+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role

* Experience in digital marketing, social media and content marketing

* Strong copywriting and communication skills

* Experience managing digital and social media platforms

* Good understanding of customer acquisition and conversion-focused marketing

* Experience using Canva or similar content creation tools

* Strong organisational and time-management skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

* Results-driven and commercially focused mindset

Highly Regarded

* Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare or healthcare marketing

* Google Ads and Meta Ads experience

* SEO and WordPress knowledge

* EDM and email marketing experience

* Video editing and content production

* WeChat and Xiaohongshu/RED marketing

* Mandarin Chinese language skills
