Full Job Description

Acumen Education is a registered training organisation that places a strong emphasis on the quality of education it delivers to its local and international students. Our qualifications range from Certificate III to Advanced Diploma levels, developed in consultation with industry stakeholders to ensure they meet current industry needs. Our programs offer blended delivery modes, providing students with a comprehensive and quality education.

We are currently seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver the BSB80120 – Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning).

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality training and assessment in line with the qualification requirements.
Provide engaging face-to-face learning experiences for international students.
Conduct competency-based assessments that reflect industry standards.
Support students through mentorship and academic guidance to enhance their learning experience.
Participate in validation and moderation activities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate student attendance and academic records.
Ensure training and assessment strategies align with industry best practices.
Assist in developing and improving learning resources and assessment tools..

Essential Criteria:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
A relevant qualification at AQF Level 8 (Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma) or higher in management, leadership, education, or a related field.
Recent or ongoing industry experience in organisational learning and development.
Experience in delivering training and assessment at the graduate diploma level or higher.
Demonstrated ability to integrate contemporary management theories and practices into training.
