Full Job Description

We're a growing automotive services group operating two premium businesses — (Paint Protection Film, vehicle wrapping & window tinting) and Wash & Detailing Business. We're looking for a switched-on, well-presented female to join us across both locations in a varied and rewarding casual role.

If you're organised, confident on the phone, creative on socials, and love being the person who keeps everything running smoothly — this one's for you.

About the Role

This is a casual, flexible position split across our Truganina and Yarraville locations. You'll be the face and voice of both businesses — handling most from customer enquiries and bookings to aome social media content and day-to-day admin. We have a social media team already.

No two days are the same, and you'll have real ownership of your role from day one.

Your Responsibilities

Answering phones, responding to enquiries and managing bookings for both businesses

Front-of-house reception and professionally greeting customers

Handling customer follow-ups, quotes and job confirmations

Managing social media messages across Facebook, Instagram and Google

Assistance with content creation.

Assistance with Filming and photographing finished vehicles and in-progress work for content

Assistance with writing captions and helping grow our online presence

Raising invoices, processing payments and basic bookkeeping admin

Coordinating job schedules and communicating with the team

Maintaining customer records and updating the CRM

Supporting the owner with PA duties and day-to-day tasks as needed

Occasional coordination between both sites

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year experience in admin, reception or customer service. Not necessary.

Assistance with Content creation, social media management or digital marketing

Comfortable using online tools, crm or similar design tools

A good eye for aesthetics — cars, lifestyle and premium brand presentation

Excellent phone manner and written communication skills

Well-presented and professional at all times

Experience with Xero or similar invoicing software (bonus). Experiencenot necessary.

Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work independently

Reliable, punctual and trustworthy

Automotive industry experience a plus but not required
