Experienced Female Support Worker Needed – MND Care experience + Complex Care
We are seeking a compassionate female support workers (client preference) with experience supporting people with Complex care and or MND.
This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life in a friendly home environment.
Support workers will assist with:
- High Intensity Disability Supports
- All transfers and mobility assistance, including support during the trial of a mobile hoist under Occupational Therapist guidance
- Dysphagia management
- Enteral feeding via a nasogastric (NG) tube
- Regular oral suctioning
- Personal care and activities of daily living
- Maintaining hygiene, comfort, and dignity
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in health, wellbeing, mobility, or support needs
- Following individual support plans, clinical guidelines, and documentation requirements
- Working collaboratively with the participant's family

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in aged care/disability (Cert III preferred but not essential)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Driver’s licence + reliable insured car
- Confident with high care & comfortable with pets
- Reliable, honest, + initiative to help and care for people

Pay: $34.00 – $45.00 per hour
