The Opportunity

We are seeking expressions of interest for a Centre Manager / Estimator to support the rebuild and ongoing development of the site structure at Stanley’s.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving site performance, supporting the team, and ensuring high-quality, efficient repair outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up into a leadership role or broaden their experience across both operational and estimating functions.

This is a permanent, Monday to Friday position.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
Manage vehicle flow from arrival through to completion
Oversee estimates and ensure repair methods are followed accurately
Drive productivity and support the team to meet performance and customer expectations
Assist with parts ordering, receipting, and workflow coordination
Contribute to site profitability, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction
Maintain strong housekeeping and operational standards within the workshop

What We’re Looking For

Experience in the collision repair industry (leadership or estimating experience highly regarded)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and meet deadlines
Proven organisational skills and ability to delegate effectively
Competency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
A proactive mindset with the ability to motivate and support a team
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Reliable, professional, and team-focused
