We are looking for hard-working Gardeners that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday. Please be aware - we expect this role to begin at 2-3 days per week for the next few months. This may turn into a 38hr per week role for the right candidate.

You will have a base pay of $31/hr PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day! Average pay for Team members is above $38/hr. Also enjoy our phone data and gym membership reimbursements.
About the position:
- Regular hours are 4 x 10 hour days Monday to Thursday. Fridays are reserved for overflow work if weather interferes. You will more often than not enjoy a long weekend.
- Each shift starts out of Box Hill, where you will load your assigned vehicle and work independently throughout the day.
- You will perform simple services such as Mowing, Trimming and Weed Control services on a number of properties throughout the day before returning to Box Hill.
Augusta Lawn Care is a franchise and now has 200+ locations worldwide. We are hoping to find Team Members who can grow with our business into an Estimator or General Manager role within the next few years.
