The Position
Our innovative service model focuses on delivering the best clinical outcomes for participants. As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal Neurological and Cardiorespiratory patients.

Working in a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for the delivery of Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services across Support at Home and NDIS participants in the North-East suburbs of Melbourne. You will:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for participants in their own home through Support at home packages/NDIS.
Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan
Educate participants and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives within the community
Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication
Work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports

You will be provided with support from our home care team who will schedule these appointments and plan an efficient route.

Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for someone that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our people. You will have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, be outcome focused and dedicated to delivering an exceptional service to our participants. You must have:

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
Registration with AHPRA
Police Check Clearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
