Full Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Boilermakers/Welders to join our growing team for ongoing workshop and site-based projects across Melbourne.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople looking for stable, full-time work with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.
Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to industry standards.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.
Operate hand tools, grinders, cutting equipment, and fabrication machinery.
Conduct repairs, maintenance, and modifications to metal structures.
Complete quality inspections and identify defects or structural issues.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and Australian standards.
Work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Fabricator
Proven experience in fabrication and welding
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship
White Card (preferred)
Excellent work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to work effectively in a team or independently
Full working rights in Australia
