We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Boilermakers/Welders to join our growing team for ongoing workshop and site-based projects across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.
- Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to industry standards.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.
- Operate hand tools, grinders, cutting equipment, and fabrication machinery.
- Conduct repairs, maintenance, and modifications to metal structures.
- Complete quality inspections and identify defects or structural issues.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and Australian standards.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Fabricator
- Proven experience in fabrication and welding
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship
- White Card (preferred)
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively in a team or independently
- Full working rights in Australia
