Boilermaker/Welder
We are seeking a boilermaker/Welder to join our residential construction team. The successful candidate will work on structural steel fabrication and onsite installation for new home builds, This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who can work unsupervised and enjoys varied work across workshop and site environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication & welding of structural steel for residential projects
- MIG/MMAW welding to high quality and safety standards
- Reading and interpreting technical and fabrication drawings
- Cutting and assembling steel sections
- Onsite installation of structural steel
- Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and site safety requirements/procedures
Skills & Experience Trade qualification:
- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade Proven experience as a Boilermaker/Welder
- Competency in MIG/MMAW welding and use of fabrication tools
- Ability to read drawings and work independently
- Must be punctual
- White Card
- Driver’s licence
- Forklift licence
