Full Job Description

Provide trusted executive support to the Group CEO and CFO while coordinating key leadership, travel, and business operations across APAC.

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide trusted support to our Group CEO and CFO while helping coordinate leadership activities across the APAC region. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing competing priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.

What you'll be doing

Manage complex diaries, meetings, priorities and correspondence for the Group CEO and CFO.
Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, presentations and briefing materials, and track actions through to completion.
Support the APAC Leadership Team by coordinating meeting schedules, leadership forums, workshops and key business events.
Maintain leadership action registers and ensure visibility of priorities and commitments.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, expenses and approvals.
Act as a custodian of the Travel & Entertainment Policy, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Support office operations, visitors, catering and facilities coordination for the APAC Head Office.
Assist with business projects, leadership communications, process improvements and ad hoc initiatives.

About you

Proven experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong judgement, professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience coordinating executive meetings, travel arrangements and expense administration.
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.
Proactive, solutions-focused and confident working with senior stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding support.
