About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide high level support to a senior executive. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

As a trusted business partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the executive's schedule while acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Complex diary and calendar management
Coordinating meetings, agendas and follow up actions
Managing domestic travel arrangements
Preparing presentations, board packs reports and business correspondence
Screening and prioritising communications
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
Supporting projects and business initiatives
Coordinating events, workshops and team activities
Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism

About You

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
High level of professionalism and discretion
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proficiency across Microsoft Office and business systems
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment
