Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Lead, train and motivate the sales team
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and interior styling advice
- Oversee visual merchandising and showroom presentation
- Prepare staff rosters and manage team performance
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and customer service teams
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor KPIs including conversion rates and average transaction value
- Develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, interiors, luxury retail or homewares
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Sales Consultant
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passion for furniture and interior design
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems
- Available to work on Saturdays
