Our role Purpose

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Lead Solution Architect to drive the target state architecture across multiple domains, including Health Insurance (HI), Hospitals & Providers, and international portfolios.

This is a high-visibility role responsible for shaping the future technology landscape, leading architectural design roadmaps, and ensuring delivery aligns with strategic business outcomes. Your role will be to Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solution architectures for complex, enterprise-scale initiatives. Ensure alignment between business strategy, technology strategy, and enterprise architecture. Establish and govern architecture standards, design principles, and target state across multiple programmes. Drive consistency, quality, and sustainability of solutions across domains while balancing cost, risk, and customer outcomes.

Technical Expertise

Exposure to a diverse technology stack, including:
CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
Workflow / BPM tools (Pega)
Modern application stacks (.NET, cloud-native architectures)
Strong understanding of integration, data architecture, and system modernisation

What you’ll need to make it possible

Extensive experience in solution architecture within complex enterprise environments.
Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, multi-system solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, integration patterns, and cloud technologies.
Experience in balancing business, technical, financial, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making.
Experience working across Agile and hybrid delivery models.
Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, cloud platforms) highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries (preferred).
