As a Part-time (22.5 hours per week) Human Resource and Payroll Administrator at MUJI Store Support Service, you will play a key role in supporting accurate payroll processing and HR administration. Your responsibilities will include:

Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Accurately maintain timesheet and employee data in HRIS systems (Kronos and ELMO)
Support payroll activities including onboarding, terminations, pay adjustments, and reporting
Provide first-level HR and payroll support, managing enquiries and processing basic HR lifecycle and administrative tasks
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and assist with boarder HR and payroll projects

Skills and Experiences:

2+ years of dedicated payroll experience in the Australian market, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment
Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, General Retail Industry Award and Single Touch Payroll reporting
A Diploma or higher qualification in Payroll, HR, Accounting, or Business Administration (or equivalent practical experience)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a strong math/calculation aptitude for accurate timesheet, tax, and superannuation processing
Experience with ELMO and Kronos (UKG) systems is highly regarded
High attention to detail, strict process compliance, and a proven ability to handle confidential data with complete discretion
Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a proactive, can-do attitude when collaborating on group projects
